Since our last post we have been busy. We have released the following enhancements related to integration with Facebook and our Mobile Ticketing Interface. Read up on what has been improved below:
Images for Facebook Sharing
Facebook has recently changed the rules for displaying images when your patrons share your production pages with friends.
At the end of a transaction patrons can share the show with their friends on facebook
To insure your Production/Series logo appears on your patron’s Facebook posts, navigate to the Series Information page in OvationTix and make sure that you’ve uploaded an image that is at least 200 x 200 pixels.
Navigate from the Landing Page > Click on Series to Edit > Series Information in Left Nav Panel
More Customization for your Mobile Ticketing Experience
We continue to improve our mobile ticketing interface based on your feedback.
You can now upload your own banner with your name and logo to replace the standard mobile header where your name is listed in plain text.
Please send your mobile banner to client services to have it uploaded. Make sure your image is at least 600 pixels in width and no more than 60 pixels in height.
Mobile now supports your department calendars and their deeplinks. When you choose how your show’s availability should be displayed on the web, those same rules will be applied for display on your mobile site.
To access: Locate “Series” panel is located on the far left select “Ticketing Settings”
We have redesigned the mobile display of delivery methods to provide you with more space for longer custom delivery methods.
